High & Wide Screen Mounting Problem

Swissrob - tell me about it. I've just issued a similar email having waited since last Thursday for the money (and return postage costs) to be returned. I would never buy from Nippy Normans again and will certainly be telling all my mates about the bad experience so they don't make the same mistake. Shocking customer service.
 
My brand spanking new Givi Airflow arrived yesterday, aside from instructions out of a Christmas cracker, it looks the biz and quality is high. Will try and get fitted over next days for weekend play! More news as it happens...
 
Just to add to the saga, finally (after well over a week) got my refund from NN only to find out that it was only for the value of the item, not the carriage and the costs incurred by me to return the faulty item!!! Unbelievable. Having mailed NN about this over the space of 2-weeks and very clearly stated an expectation in terms of what I expected to receive as a refund (and at no point having it disputed) what the hell is going on? Deeply unimpressed.
 
Oh - and the Airflow is very good. Needs some fine tuning but quality is excellent and it looks great too. Recommended!
