Rode all the way down from Glasgow for a Hilltop remap today.
Ok, I was down in Yorkshire staying with friends but it's still a 2 hour ride from there. Bike came in making 83.5 bhp at the back wheel and 65 ft /lb of torque. Geoff said it was unbelievably lean. Not even registering on the scale. He's pretty sure I've not burnt out a valve as this would have shown up on the read outs. Glad I took it down in time to prevent any damage. So, what did it make when it left? 102.77 bhp and 81 ft/lbs of torque. Very impressive gains. Rides a wee bit smoother too. Didn't think it felt massively quicker when I pulled away but gave it some on the motorway slip road and noticed I was doing over a ton. It was deceptively quicker. Pulls hard right up to the red line too. Money and time well spent in my opinion.
He had a couple of Gsers in that morning. If they are reading this, what were your read outs.
Cheers
Kev
