The worst place I have ever dealt with for correspondence. Never answer the phone.
Sent them an email asking about some stuff I wanted and needed some info. Five days later got a reply.

Wankers

Agreed, poor comms but a proper old school company to deal with .
Used them a few times and bought both Le Pera seats from them .
Would use them again if I needed to .

Very local to me,was hoping to use them as I can pick up from there.

This^^^^^. And they're in Blackpool so not too far for a day out.
I've been there on a few occasions and they've been good to deal with and a massive stock of accessories.
However, you need to phone before you go to make sure they have it in stock.

Yes ARH are good.

When wanting to spend over £900 quid I expect a better service. Plus they have just had £700 quid off me. An answer to my question from Khrome werks straight away.

Tell 'em..............................when you eventually get to speak to them obvs. ;) :D

Hogparts is a very small outfit with a huge amount of stock (and knowledge) They are, indeed, appalling at answering the phone etc, because usually the guy is serving in their physical shop….always reminds me of the sort of spares shop we used to visit in the 70s and 80s on a Saturday morning.

Indeed.....I have just clicked on the banner at the top of their web page that read "Click on here for important information about contacting us"

This pops up (copy & pasted)

"TELEPHONE CONTACT

As a small business, our main focus is on providing excellent service to all our customers. However, due to our being primarily an online business, we are currently experiencing a significant increase in order volume. We want to ensure that we fulfill and ship all orders in a timely manner, which requires dedicated attention and effort from our team.

As a result of this high demand, it can be challenging for us to manage incoming phone calls efficiently. We apologise if you experience difficulties in reaching us by phone.

We encourage you to explore alternative means of contacting us, such as through email or our website's contact form. These channels allow us to respond to enquiries in a more organised and timely manner. Additionally, we strive to provide detailed and helpful information on our website and frequently asked questions (FAQ) section to address common queries.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this busy period. Our commitment to serving our customers remains unwavering. Thank you for your support and trust in our business."
