I can honestly say I know dozens of folks who deal with Hogparts with no issue….and ARH
Not that it matters much, but just to qualify my experience. I’ve ordered bunch of sub £200 stuff from ARH without issue, but found them lacking when I wanted Corbin seat. Just bought direct.
Hogparts don’t answer the fucking phone and that’s a straight red for me!! Simply too many other places to waste/ spend my money
Have heard that their bricks and mortar service is better, but not convenient for me

Would you buy anything else online or order food that had a 3 out of 7 rating?!Three people have had great service from Hogparts, four people haven’t .

……….oh and you normally get better service when you spend £4k versus £40 or £400!

They are crap at answering the phone (unlike ARH who are brilliant on the phone), but they are a mail order business.
I’m fortunate to be able to drop in, they have a phenomenal amount of stock and have always got stuff in with a few days if they didn’t have it.

Fair enough, but I don’t set out to dis any company or product. Just had a problem getting through. Maybe I selected wrong option. I was trying to buy replacement cables for my Harley and needed to chat lengths etc. I have heard they’re okay when there. ARH were more helpful - so just bought there. I know, but only 20 miles or so away……….and on my way home basically.
Maybe I’ve been a little harsh on them cause I actually prefer old fashioned face to face places over mail order and online stores anyway…….or at least when it suits me?! lol
