Holan Equipment....*Beware*!!!

Just a quick note to say that Holan look as if they are in trouble. I am experiencing some serious issues with getting the item I ordered. I couldn't get any response from them at all via 'customer support' or any pickup when I phoned them. When I went to Facebook to see if they would respond to a direct message the worry really kicked in. There are dozens of complaints on the review section around people not receiving their goods. No dispatch details, no communication. They appear to be taking money and just not fulfilling orders. They don't answer the phone (goes to VM every time) and no response to direct email at all. Not good.

That was standard procedure from them 4 years ago, I had the same issue but goods arrived after a while. Communication and contact was completely absent!

Same experience with comm’s but the order arrived eventually and was well made

Yeah, I ordered a part for my R nineT at the beginning of June (4th) - after chasing them for a week, they eventually responded to say the item had shipped (11th June)

It hadn’t

Fast forward 2 more weeks, several more ignored emails and messages, then eventually me getting pissed off with them (“Where the hell is my order?!?!”) and they finally responded with a tracking number… that showed the item wasn’t even collected from them until 25th

So they’d lied to me.

And as of yet, still no delivery.

I’ve just posted a Trustpilot review, as I saw no one else had

Can I ask you to do the same, so others have fair warning?
