Hi guys,
Last month, I set up three pcs at home on a sitecom wifi router. All 3 could see broadband internet and also printer via usb print server. One pc connected by ethernet to Sitecom router, the other two by wifi to same router.
Recently, one PC (W98 desktop) refused to see internet. Wifi signal strength still ok. It can still see the printer and send documents which print out. IE properties still show "never dial connection" and "automatically detect settings" which is how I left it. But when IE is clicked, it says "page not found". Other addresses tried - same problem.
So far, I got daughter no.3 to shut it all down, unplug the modem and router and print server, then start it all again but problem remains.
Any clues or strategies gratefully received.
