Almost exactly 20 years old now, with only two previous owners, 92,000 miles, and only ever having failed one MOT, back in 2015, for headlight beam too low!
Current MOT until August 2027, passed about 7 weeks ago, no advisories.
Very high spec for its age, elec sunroof, windows, mirrors, air con, headlight wash, remote central locking, cruise control, power steering, mini cool box, etc.
Never had a tow bar.
Has the clever rear seat system, which moves back and forward.
A few minor imperfections on the bodywork, but I would say very good for its age.
Comes with book pack, both original keys, and some paperwork.
Never been smoked in.
Check the mileage increase year by year, on the report below, never done much each year, and gradually getting less and less.
ULEZ, LEZ, CAZ compliant.

Back Story.
This car belonged to Beryl, a very close friends mum, she bought it back in 2015, the first owner bought it in April 2007. It was registered at the end of November 2006, we think it was original registered to the main dealer as a demonstrator.
Unfortunately recently passed away, and I volunteered to help sell it for the family.
The car drives well, and pulls strongly, its permanent four wheel drive.

Not so good bits.
Beryls family run a small local business, and it was classed as a company car, although it was only ever for personal use.
She had it regularly serviced, but there is very little supporting paperwork. One of the few bits we have is for an ABS pump and brake overhaul,
Back in 2022, for £1444.
Some more info may come to light later, but at this time, we have very little.
The steering is noisy when on full lock, right turn only.
I have the V5 here, Beryl lived a minute up the road from me, so if you have any concerns, we can visit the house for verification.
Looking at similar on EBay, Autotrader etc, we think £2700 is a fair price, considering the bits mentioned above.
Most others this age and price seem to have much higher mileage, several owners,
and tow bars fitted.
This is a respectable looking car, and a genuine one, with Honda build quality. Still a lot of life left in it.
Viewing at my house if anyone is interested.
It’s even got just over half a tank of fuel.IMG_1481.jpegIMG_1479.jpegIMG_1478.jpegIMG_1477.jpegIMG_1475.jpegIMG_1476.jpegIMG_1474.jpegIMG_1473.jpegIMG_1472.jpegIMG_1471.jpegIMG_1470.jpegIMG_1469.jpegIMG_1467.jpegIMG_1466.jpeg

From memory noisy steering on full lock on CR-V means diff oil needs changing, which is not a huge issue on a car of this age. GLWS

Obviously will listen to sensible offers, this is an awful lot of decent motor for not a lot folding, Rodney.😁

Just to answer a query, the air con works well, very cold.
Tyres are a matching set set of Toyo Open Country’s with at least 5mm of tread.
It has a little fold down ‘picnic’ table between the front seats.
If anyone wants any more pictures of anything specific let me know.
It’s just had a full £220 valet, hence the black look tyres.
If anyone wants to view, and take it for an extended test drive, that no problem.
I’m just off J23 M1 Leics. (Shepshed)
