Honda CT125 Hunter Cub

That back window still needs knocking through to your front room …

Engage first gear but keep your foot on the gear change lever, increase revs to a pre determined level and then release the gear-lever. You will reach escape velocity in 2.5 seconds :D

That will work from a standstill but as Past Ange and Jonny Pow found on the TAT yer left boot is too busy paddling and dabbing on the offroad climbs that there is no opportunity for feathering the clutches

I like the silver colour on it. They are all Thai made aren't they? You have two Dax's along with the CT?

Finally got one. Looks good in the garage next to the two Dax’s, bit little next to the GS.
This is a Thai made version, the Speedo can switch between MPH and KPH View attachment 360583

I'm planning on buying two of these early next year, is eBay and the few places that import them that advertise on there the best option?

@Akulaking

This is the one that keeps popping up on my FB page, plenty of weird and wonderful stuff on there.

That’s one of the ‘international Hunter Cub Facebook pages, no doubt full of scammers and chancers. I’m on a few Facebook forums as are many on here, even the UK ones are fighting losing battles with scammers relentlessly posting.
That and gobshite keyboard warriors who just want to pick fault with and abuse the genuine people who post on them.
I’m trying to sort out insurance this morning. Wish me luck!

Most of the eBay used ones seem overpriced, all around £4500 (and most at DK motorcycle spares) and some with a few miles on them.
There’s a chap who has sold a few, (Keith Dawson) and currently has two new ones listed for £4750 on eBay. He’s imported them and I think they may be his last two. Seven seas were the main supplier but apparently have no plans to import anymore, and the chap on the Isle of Wight has gone quite. I don’t know of any others selling them.
Best thing is to just keep your eye open for decent used ones that do come up from time to time, from private sellers, on eBay and the UK Facebook forum. Occasionally one or two on Biketrader too.

It's bizarre that given the interest in the UK Honda don't bother importing them :duno
