Honda CT125 Trail - 4K miles, full MOT and just been serviced. Kenda 262 tyres that look almost new.

Originally imported by Sevenseas as not sold officially in Europe and first owned by Nathan Millward in North Devon (Dorothy’s Speedshop) so its spent time on lanes in Devon in his fleet. 4 speed box with auto clutch, not fast but great fun and brilliant economy. Works really well on the trails, see video.

Reason for sale : I won this in a charity fundraiser, and would love to keep it, but garage space dictates it must go if I want a new KTM 690 to compliment my Tiger 900. I have the V5 in hand and it has two keys.

There are two advisories on recent MOT, chain wear (apparently it was new 500 miles ago, so shouldnt be an immediate issue) and notchy headstock bearings which Nathan couldnt see an issue with (neither can I).

Price £3500 and I’ll throw in a lomo bag that fits perfectly on the rear pannier along with a small copy of a Helinox chair and spare tube at this price. All I've done since I have had it is tilt the bars more forward for a better seating position and put a SAE Optimate lead on it. The quadlock will be going back on the bicycle where I pinched it from. This is the JA55 model.

I wonder why mine won't go through mud and ruts like that :blast

:D:D

Nice one .... shows what they can do, but unfortunately not in my hands.

Good luck with the sale :thumby:

I’m not sure that the bike in this clip is a CT125, but you get the drift.
Small bike v A big adventure bike

Yes, it shows what locals on lighter bikes can do. I really enjoyed the CT125 on lanes and felt a bit more relaxed than being on my larger ADV bike.

I have a feeling it may be staying, as I'm warming to it.

I now have my eye on another bike (390 Adventure R) so this is back up for sale at a new price of £3250. Message me if interested !
