I have to finish welding the exhaust up now it is tacked in the right place,
But! i have a little problem some body may be able to help me with. The
new Big Carb 28mm Mikini does not have the uel tap built in like the diddy one, so i am in need of a inline fuel tap to fit in the fuel line. Any idea's please?
More annon. Lyn.
Why! well i was going on a Looooooooong Charridy ride that is now NOT
going to happen, so i pulled the standard motor out to play with the scoot,
only 6thou so it needs to stay that way as i may well give it to the scoots
charridy after play time is over....

I cant wait to see how this turns out :D

Good Luck and do keep us posted. :thumb2

Sweet:D

I've always fancied another C90 to mess on with. Used to bray round the fields on one when I was a nipper:)

Yep ...

.... don't bother fitting one, after the first useage for old times sake the fuel taps very rarely get disturbed :nenau

As i said i was going on a looooong charidy run that is now not going to happen:tears so i thought i would have a bit of fun with it. I have been
toying with the idea of some Ard Cases and engine bars some tour-u-twat
type stuff, Hid the head light:D it all has to go back to standard thou cos
it's too good to cock-up....too much time on my hands now i have retired.

Got a small tank type fuel tap from the lawn mower place:augie qwik file around the tank entry threads and bingo it works, can't see it under the leg sheilds so all is well. I will finish the exhaust Sunday and give it a kick into life....:JB

Well the exhaust is welded and on the bike ( sorry, Super bike ):augie
Leg shields trimmed to take the new Big air cleaner:blast
Just called to dinner so pics in a bit.:thumb2

The Big air filtre, so i can't hold off forever so here goes.....
 sh1t! it fired up second kick, tick over is too fast slowed it down cos i could not get it into gear. Let it run a min or two and stopped it to check the oil level:thumb2 10/40 super Kawasaki stuff, that should make it go well.
I did a bit of fertling and got out the lid, the moment had come at last for the
test ride:eek went up the road to the roundabout and back, did'nt check the tyres...12lbs in the front and 18 in the rear:blast:rob
Fixed, up to the post box to throu some letters in and away Owwww! two
miles at 30mph:mmmm had a coffee at Pats sons garage and headed home.
Now did i say the 125cc BIG motor has 4 gears not three:blast 45 mph this time....at half throtle too:eek:
I think i will order the 17 and 18 tooth front spockets and try them as it seems to rev a bit too much, not the clutch, it's too qwik on take off and up to 45mph:D Well thats it for now, getting the bug for this tinkering, now where did i put the bits for Rickman Zed bike...:beerjug:
Lyn.

PS: why have the pics gone all diddy.?

I think i will use the Ped through the summer as i will be doing some work at the Lads garage this year, then i may chuck the standard motor back in it and give it to the bike charridy lads to take to Africaaaaaaaaaaa:thumb2
But i will get a leg sheild first..:beerjug:

Nuver thing i found out when on the test ride, all the bloody gears are up on the 125 not down like the 90:blast think i need to adjust the clutch to as it's a tad hard to change gear. Mind that may just be me, not being used to this sort of POWER::D
