Honda XL 250 Degree MD26 (1991) Needs Parts SHOCK

Bought a Honda XL 250 Degree MD26 (1991)

i Drastically need parts for it ... discovered its rather hard finding parts for it.

can things such as the rear shock be rather universal? what else would have a similar or same shock that could just fit to my XL?

Hagon do the shock at £299.

called up david silvers today and honda original was 600 odd quid

id also seen the hagon ones for between 300 and 400

the bike only set me back 200euro...... not sure if its worth spending the money on it?
