Hotels with parking in Amsterdam tend to be either really expensive or in the dodgier parts of town.
Last time we went in a car we stayed at one of the airport hotels and got the train into the centre - it was a much better solution (and way cheaper).

Park in the Olympische Stadion. Get the tram to your location.
Central Amsterdam parking is at some sort of premium.
You might do just as well putting Amsterdam hotels with parking, into Google and picking which of the hotels suits your location and budget best, along with dates that coincide with your intended visit to the red light district. The red zone is a pale shade of its former self.

The Marriott hotel on the Leidseplein in Amsterdam has a secure underground car park (we used to pronounce it Led Zeppelin just fyi)

the hotels out towards the ria centre have parking, it's a 15 min tram ride into the centre... the krasnapolski is right on dam square... that has parking...!
