hotmail bust?

has anyone else had issue with hotmail yesterday & today - 9/10 times it doesnt work - have tried 3 machines - sometimes get to log on page and no further sometimes not even that

Hotmail had a problem from last night (26/02). Was still broken this morning but it appears to be up again now.

It's been happening for a while with me lately - seems to be mostly at peak times - some mornings before school / work, when kids finish school and log on to msn, messenger, hotmail etc., and Friday afternoons when people tend to play before they finish work (?).

That's my theory anyway....always works when I try later on.
