How do I know where the tyre pressure sensor is?

No, not where the sticker is, because I found that on the garage floor

So does that mean when I get new tyres fitted there a danger to the sensors?

The sensor is the same place as the valve, its a single unit.

What you missed is that the valve on a GS with alloy wheels, is in one of the wheel 'spokes', not the rim.

Jim, the sticker on my rims is a few inches at most from the valve 'spoke'.

Thanks guys, yes on the front the sticker is just by the valve spoke. I'd not twigged that wasn't just a co-incidence
