How do I save routes to my MyRoute account?

How can I save these routes to my own MRA account. Sorry, I’m a bit of a thicko with such things, relying on trial and error mainly, mostly error.

Click on the link - that will open MRA on your pc
Select a route - open it
Select Use Route from the top right menu if you have an account
