How do you remove locks from ally luggage?

Can anyone tell me how to remove the locks from BMW alluminium luggage, and alter them to suit different keys?

Boxertools.......evryine knows....they've just had to explain it too many times

It's relatively easy and involves four different lengths of jumpers IIRC....use the search button at the top of the page and put in the words you weant, then settle in for a night's reading
