Just wonder what you guys think is the life expectancy of the GSA LC....mine has 52000 on 14 plate and wondering whether to get a new one...not talking about off road use....

Wouldn't worry about it....it will get nicked before it runs out of life!

How long do you want it to last?

To the end of the week, if you get yourself down to the dealership. A potential lot longer, if you don't. A lot less if you head on into a wall tomorrow.

Fecking stupid question.

How long is piece of string?

Barring theft or major accident it should, if maintained properly last longer than its owner.

That's good going for such a new bike :thumb2

I expect it will grenade itself in to a million pieces now that I have complimented you :blast

The major mechanicals are likely to be good for at least 100,000 miles. It depends on how much money you want to throw at it to maintain electronics, suspension and cosmetic appearance as corrosion sets in.

got a 14 plate MAN truck, that's covered 350k miles the only bits of grief I've had with it have been electrical and emition based malarkey and I guess yer bike will be a bit the same

dont use it anymore and it will last alot longer.

Went out on my GS today they are awesome steeds apart for the reliability and corrosion issues.

cleaned my 2005 600 fazer used in all weathers with 38k on the clock. For a budget bike the engine, frame and downpipes are in very good nick.
