How many Litres are system panniers?

Simple question from a simple person

Just wondering while I consider other cheapish panniers to replace these.

With standard lids around 25 left (with cutout for exhaust) and 31 on the right.


With the large lids around 31 left and 37 on the right.

They are an awkward shape to pack. Mine have been pretty waterproof despite being forced closed with too much in them.
