Hi all,

Just bought and ex motorad training F650GS. Mechanically sound and I'm very happy with it.

Just need to sort out the cosmetics from it being dropped a few times.

I need a full set of plastic work for it, it's an 07.

That's the headlight surround, mudguard, the three tank panels and the rear two panels. Also right hand exhaust and the little guard that's bolted to it need changing.

Happy for it to be 2nd hand if it is near spotless.

Any advice on where and how much greatly appreciated, I fancied trying BMW direct, but I fear the fairing would cost more than the bike.

I'd prefer if this thread wasn't hijacked with a discussion on whether it was a good decision to but an ex-trainer this topics been covered somewhat before.

I also need the instrument panel surround, if it comes off.

DO you have a headlamp surround also. Or are there aftermarket surrounds that could be an alternative?

Vines of Guildford seem to be the core place. They seem to deal with all the demo and press type bikes. They get snapped up pretty quick though.

Sorry dude, was gonna call on Friday, but slight change of plan with SWMBO and bikes eventual owner.

Basically she's gonna buy the old girl in the summer and so colour has now to be prioritised over funds. Believe it or not, "it's black or it stays as it is."

As she's she's paying I have to yield.
