looking into getting a gs can someone tell me how much the packages like dynamic package etc are

I assume you are taliking about the LC ?
If so it didnt seem viable to start with a basic bike and then spec it up so if you are buying new just get the one with the package you want i.e the TE
If you are buying a used bike i ado not belkieve you can retro fit dynamic thingy or at least not at sensible money

Don't understand what you are saying. The prices for the various packages when spec'd on a brand new bike are all on the bmw-motorrad website. The packages are not available separately to upgrade a new or used bike that doesn't already have them - and pricing up the components to retrofit them on a DIY/Homebrew basis would result in a severe attack of wallet cramp.
You've posted your query in the Hexhead section - these bikes have been out of production for a few years now so you won't be able to buy a new one (unless a dealer somewhere happens to have an odd one knocking around - very unlikely)

OP is correct that the BMW site doesn't display the prices!!

Actually I take that back - the prices for the bikes/packages are not there on the website (or at least, not in the form that they used to be). I've just had a look and cannot see prices anywhere...
To be fair to the OP the current BMW Motorrad website does not list prices or different specs of the current model (I was looking over the weekend).
Their Facebook page states they are planning an update at the beginning of August to resolve this.
(Still isn't relevant in the Hexed section.)
