How often do you change your helmet?

I change mine about every 3 years which is about when they start to feel a bit baggy and worn

I know i could buy new cheek pads etc but with Shoei by the time you do that and throw in a new visor and pinlock - might as well buy a new lid

I am still using a helmet I got in the 90s... the nylon covering the polystyrene or whatever the compressable bit is has started to crumble but the actual business end of the helmet is still fine.

I bought a Bell, grp, open faced helmet. I expect it to last about 40 years.
