How to fix a dented header pipe

Clever.

Dented the exhaust on my old Firestorm going into the Holmfirth view point with a pillion on the back and the rear pre-load on the solo setting

A local bike shop drilled a hole and used a puller to get rid of the dent, then welded the hole up. This was alright as the repair wasn't visible unless you were roadkill / a worm.

I did that on my old Bultaco Frontera when I was riding enduros!!!

How can freezing work?the ice ezxpands out along the pipe freezing is a way of shutting off water mains for working on same, if it dident the pipe would only split.

In the early seventies, I filled my stomach with beer, then had two teaspoonfulls of bicarb. This increased my beer capacity by several litres.
Unfortunately, it forced the front of my abdomen out a little ... which remains like that to this day.
Any dents which have occured have popped out nicely after a hot bath.

No need, just put in a litre of 98 RON fuel, open the filler cap and check with a lighted match where the fuel level is
