HP2 6000 mile service

I dropped my HP2 off at BVM yesterday,for it's 6000 mile service.I went to pick it up today at about 4.30,and one of the mechanics looked supprised to see me.

Forks-Fecked
Front wheel bearings-Fecked
Head bearings-Fecked
Wheel spindle screw,the 17mm one-Fecked

So I've now got an 1150RT in the garage for the weekend,so who's for some off roading on Sunday:rolleyes:

oh dear, do you think it's a lucky bike then?

did you buzz it about and got it all durty and throw it in rivers and generally abuse the hell out of it? or what?
 
It woudn't have anything to do with you riding it at 120mph along disused rail lines creating rooster tails of British Rail hardcore aggregate stone now would it? :augie
 
Hehe, and I have just decided to get rid of the Adv as I like the HP2 so much. Makes me wonder if we will we be seeing HP2's with 55,000 miles on the clock advertised "As new" in 6 years time?

Hmm, I wonder how many tanks of fuel that equates to?
