HP2 tyres

F&R TKC's fitted - Decided on a 140 for the rear, because of cost and the fact that Moly mentioned that you can have to much grip with a wider than 140 rear.

Bottom line I'm very pleased, the bike feels very secure on the road and the grip off road has met my needs so far.

D606

Going for d606 front and co2 rear to start with and will test it at next blue light day on the 2 or 3 march as I don't think karoos will do!

have any of you guys sourced Dunlop 606s in Europe?

I gave up and have just got them from the US, for a 606 rear and Michelin Starcross front set-up. Not yet installed onto my airhead so cant comment yet.

I saw on this thread that those with Desert rears are going for different fronts, is the desert front bad?

I've a desert front on my airhead, it's OK but it does seem to make the bike weave on the motorway 70 mph plus...

Also it's not something Id want when making progress in the road.

Took the HP2 for a fast A and B road blast this morning and the TKC felt great

I gave up and bought some d 606 fronts from Lyndon Poskitt who imported a few from the us to use with 908 rears. He has now moved to michelins with his 450 and KTM enduro
