I have some close up photos of a frame that has been "done" - if you do not get any better offers.

Cheers

If you`re making your own subframe it`s just a case of triangulation with filletting at joints.

I made my own subframe for the LegoBike using steamtube and that was fine after over five years of two-up use and being loaded with camping gear.

If you`re making a replica of an HPN one I wouldn`t bother as the lines don`t quite look right from the seat tube to top loop area.

For the rest of the frame you can see in the headstock/swingarm pivot area where a few home made brackets/tubes would add strength.

There's a thread on ADVrider about a guy in Australia who has made some kits of reinforcing plates for a GS frame.

Have a look at http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=106232

There is no direct contact details for the guy who actually makes them, but there is someone on the thread who obviously who has contact with him.

If you can get contact details he may provide you with some templates/CAD drawings? It may be worth a try?
