I’m just putting a few feelers out to see whether this bike might be of interest to anyone on here. I will add some photos in the next day or so rain permitting.

It’s the 24 plate model, the one with the quick shifter. Thirty something hours, (again I’ll check precisely tomorrow).

It has the Outback Mototrek front crashbars and is fitted with Michelin Enduro Medium tyres and Michelin Bib Mousses. AXP bashplate. Barkbuster Handguards.

Excellent cosmetic condition and mechanically very sound. Genuine reason for selling.

I’m looking for £9500 o.v.n.o and for that I’ll throw in the Mosko Moto luggage as well.

Great for the TET or even just adventure riding but with a lightweight bike. You can easily get away with oil changes every 20-25 hours of actual riding time so that’s easily three days of riding if not more. Perfect for a long weekend away on the bike.

Get away with a lot more than that.
Our two EXC-f500’s are on 370+ and 330+ hrs and oil still comes out clean after 35-40 depending on conditions. Air filters more important.

I totally agree but I didn’t want to upset any fanatics on here who insist that the oil must be changed every 15 hours as per the manual otherwise the engine will self destruct.

That’ll be the manual with timescales set for racing. If you’re on the knocker on these things then you’re either flat out in Morocco or are doing something very wrong

I’m not intending to sell the luggage with it unless the guy insists he has it. I’ll get back to you if that’s ok but it will be a week this Friday which is when the guys coming for the bike.
