Hyperpro 3d racing shock- rear

I have these shocks on my 02 1150 GS Adventure. I unwound the rebound on the rear, then attempted to wind it back to standard settings. It will not move!! Stuck! Help....has anybody had this before? I need some help please. I have had the shock off to have a look.
Also, on the swingarm, whats the easiest way off removing this? Apologies if this has been covered.

Oops...whats the easiest way off removing the bush on the swingarm before replacing the shock?
