Anyone replaced the standard springs on their 1150 GSA with a Hyperpro kit?

Just thinking about it myself and wanted to know the benefits over the standard set up. Better handling, more"feel", is it worth the £160ish price tag over a standard set up.

I don't really want to go the Ohlins route which will end up costing over£1K for an upgrade...

I have just had my rear shock rebuilt and a hyperpro spring fitted, I think the damping was shot for a start so anything will be an improvement, already noticed I now sit more forward on the seat like i did when it was new. and intitial impressions are good, I am off for a blast in the morning and will keep you updated.
Got mine from here http://www.calsport.co.uk/ as it was best price, i think 77 quid, delivered dead quickly too.
And the bonus was my one is black.. aparently you no longer have to have purple!

Had mine done with an ABE shock rebuild if you check there is a post on it

I've had Hyperpro springs on my GSA for 12 months and a great upgrade.

The bike is much firmer and stable in corners and when loaded. For the money, you can't go wrong IMHO.

Calsport are also good suppliers and will fit the spring for you if needed:thumb

Acres of improvement at the back, so much so I have just ordered one for the front, will be getting this re gassed also.
