I’ve gone and done it

After many years of various GS’s I’ve gone and bought my first airhead. Came off a fellow GSer and I am so stoked with it. Needs recommissioning and a service but nothing major.
Im sure I will have few questions as I start to put this back on the road over the next few weeks, but I’m loving the simplicity of it already, takes me back 40odd years when things were simpler.

Will do but at the moment it’s in bits being recommissioned to put back on the road August/September. I’m not going to restore it to concourse or anything close to that. Will keep the original patina but make sure everything is mechanically as good as it can be.
