I bought an Autocom Super Pro Automatic direct from Autocom last autumn, and Autocom fitted it at their H/Q in Warwick.
I was a bit worried when I heard that they had gone pop and were then subsequently bought out
I came to use the system the other day and when it wouldn't work I checked under the seat. The lead from the unit to the plug connecting with the riders helmet had been fitted in such a way that the seat height adjuster bar had squashed it and also squashed the connector plug.

I contacted Tecstar via the Autocom site and guess what?
"I am sorry sir, I hear what your saying but Tecstar bought the name and the stock, not the debt or the warranties!!"
They will however sell me a lead to replace the damaged one for £15!!
Thanks a feckin' bunch and a great way to treat all the ex-Autocom customers they expect to be dealing with in the future.
I expect they were off the day Customer service and relations were taught
