I broke my clutch lever assembly

2015 R12GS.

I need to replace my clutch lever assembly, because I tightened a bolt too much!! I know, Prat.
Reading Mr Haynes manual, I can't see where the bleed nipple is? Where is it?
And is any mineral hydraulic fluid suitable or does it have to be very specific?
