I can see, Oh no I can't

I've just been out for a ride with my new BTBR light conversion
there is good news and there is bad news.

I'm bimbling along playing with my new micro dees,on, off, on, off, yes they seem to work nicely they really improve the dip beam (which already has the 50% brighter lamps in)

switch to main beam

SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT CAN'T SEE A DAMN THING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!







A second passes and so does the road sign that had just completely dazzled me

hella ff50s, FANTASTIC , I can now ride at 90mph at night (not that I would ) and I can see far, far, far into the distance.

ABSOLUTE TOP CONVERSION, I shall never again have to curl up in a corner, weeping for an hour or so after a night time ride

things that you must do to your 1150-
1 install a decent rear shock
2 BTBR light conversion

the other things are just nice to have

that's how it happened, it was a bloody big A road sign

once again thanks, it's transfomed the bike (well for night time use)

the other good mod was taking that crappy perspex light diffuser (cover, guard, thingy) off, I didn't realise what they do to your lights, not good

Alan did mine last Saturday and you've said it all for me - the butty, conversation and workmanship all superb

Somehow or other he also fitted a magic bit in with the lights that makes anything in lane three automatically switch its left indicator on and move over, priceless
