Very little damage considering.
Likely One dropped off and snapped the other

Skim the head and whack it back on.

Yes I think the valve dropped a good few times. How the other 2 are still more or less in 1 piece is amazing. JJH
Very lucky not to have punched through the piston... At least the engine can probably be saved with a replacement barrel/head/etc.
