I had hoped be dry tomorrow but sadly one dry day get i am on daddy day care

Just back in from a dry sunny spin. The low sun was flippin dangerous. Motorists like drunk lemmings out in north county Dublin. But no rain = wuhoo :clap

Was planning to head out this morning but decided to scrap that plan due to the frost around here (I'm about 5km from the nearest gritted road)
And I'm glad I did cos there was frost in shaded places all day. Was out in the car earlier & had 2 slides on a more major road than ours :blast
Beautiful day for a walk though ;)

John, tomorrow not looking as wet as it was earlier in the week :rob

black ice out west

roads were in dangerous condition around here all day, a young man had a serious accident after a skid on ice, i hope he makes it.
Tomorrow shouldn't be as wet as initially forecast but could be "windy". Will head to Lahinch if weather reasonable.
Safe ridin'

Going try get out in morning. I like these days as like hard frost roads are nice wheb take it handy

Looks like a technical fault with radar, must complain to met eireann. Radar dishes must have blown away in the storm.I can't believe not even a speck of a shower, incredible.

Had a nice spin as far as Skryne. There's a great view of the entire county Dublin from in front of Fox's Pub on the hill in Skryne. Have to agree with Luke; the low sun is a b***ard!!!:thumby:

A long long time ago I went to school in Co Meath & learned that the driest part of Ireland was the costal strip from Dundalk to Greystones some say the Rosslare area of wexford. The rainfall pattern this morning confirms that my teaching was good. Incidentally I injured my leg on Fri (not bike related) & am keyboard bound for a few days.
