I bought bike as is, peepingtom could give you more info but I think they haven't been shortened, standard full XR650 front end, raised out of the yokes 30mm ish.

Ah, I fitted XR forks to mine and it was like riding an offroad chopper, hence the shortening. I kept the axle to bottom yoke distance the same and added spacers where necessary.

Added: Looks good. The 320mm supermoto disc conversion helps with the brakes too.

Well near finished apart from changing colour of something, gonna leave till i get bored.
the trailer mudguard looks good, how it will last i'm unsure.
Vespa rack just needs fixings (in post).
Vespa rack cut up to create the rear subframe curve, also cut up to make exhaust bracket (GSXR1000).
