Hi...
I have the same year GSA at the same colour. I was thinking to respray it into black....but after some days with her...I decided to stay at the same colour....white...I think is one the best colour most suitable for this masterpiece...(yes...I am obsessed with my motorbike...)
Something very useful for your GSA....as I installed the previous weekend ...is as Les said...install HID lights....it is the day with the night..and especially if you use it everyday and night you will need them....(is my only mean of transportation to commute...)
you did the BEST choise...and leave the others to say whatever they want....

strange wobble thing?

WEll bikes great BUT when i change gear (going a little bit in high revs) it feels like there is a wobble through the drive shaft, its the first shaft driven bike i have owned so dont know if it's normal. It feels like a side ways wobble wiggle thing, sorry i cant think of the correct term. You know when you ease off on a chain driven bike it sits up a little, is it the same but side ways because of the shaft?????

Don't ride it any further :eek::eek:

It sounds like ya torque relocating driveshaft retaining pin has migrated to the nether regions of ya bottom flapper!!!

Or it could be because the bike is very sensitive and your riding it like a Jap bike.

Ride the wave of torque, change gears early, you gain nothing by reving the nuts off it (big twins n all that :thumb).

You'll find the revs drop off very quickly at high revs. All GS's prefer a more smooth approach to get the best out of them.

The other thing is don't blip the throttle as you change gear, the torque reaction from the flat twin throws the bike to the side which can feel disconcerting too.

It's ya riding dear boy, calm down :thumb

Can't stop laughing at this one :D:D:D

Just missing Mo :blast

Pip, feck orf, you know I'd never need such simple directions, I have a sniffer dogs nose for such establishments :rob
