Well I finally got round to putting the old girl on the dyno. The dyno shop I used is road and track dyno in Aylesbury, which is run by a chap called Chris. He is one of those unusual fellas who will tell you,"it's not worth doing", if it's really not worth doing! But first let me just go through the mods I have done. Full remus, modded snorkel and wunderlich fuel module thingy. I am using the standard air filter. After very little twiddling, the result is a very reasonable, at the rear wheel, 96.6 bhp with 76.6 ftlb of torque! Am I pleased? Oh yes!!
I will post the dyno chart as soon as I get it scanned, probably Monday night.

Hi - nice figures...looking forward to seeing the charts. Quick qustion though - how easy and versatile is the Wonderlich fuel 'thingy' to use? Can you adjust the fuelling at specific parts of the RPM range, or is it just a case of 'richer or leaner' across the board?

Thanks,
Dave.

I would have loved to have done a before and after run, but you know what it's like, 'shiny new things'! Although I would have thought that the standard bike rear wheel hp figure is around 85 bhp. The fuel module can only add fuel and it does so under certain conditions, ie cruising, acceleration, full throttle, part throttle. It is not as good as a power commander which can do all sorts of wonderful things at all revs, but it is an improvement. A power commander would certainly fill in the dips a lot more, but I'm not sure if dynojet are ever going to make one. Having said that, I'm sure they would not want techlusion to take all the glory. - I just couldn't wait!
