I think I want to buy an Airhead - Which one?

I've still not been put off, so to cause a fight between factions (but in a genuine spirit of ignorance)....

Assuming any olde bus would need a shock/spring and fork set up to suit my lardy lard...

And assuming they all need summat doing to make the front brake less poor...

Is there any reason I would want a paralever GS over a G/s or t'other way around?

If I had a little ride.....

Would this sort of behaviour be OK?

If you want to take easy by riding like that no problem.

This was my mono r80 going through its paces

It was a photo shoot for classic mechanics. I think it was a guy called Chris riding it. Very impressive wheelies, he was in 2nd or third gear for that shot.

He asked me at least three times if I minded. I was up for seeing a g/s wheelie as much as he was. Those forks are a little fragile though and one cracked when the wheel came down. The output shaft bearing didn't like being under load with the oil down the opposite end of the box and called it a day.

You can have my 10K mile 1989 R100GS for £8000 if you want:augie

Looks a bit like this one.
