I tunes log on problem

Whilst attempting to update several apps today and being prompted for my iTunes password it came up with error. After several attempts to log in I have had to reset my password. After doing this I no longer able to log onto my account. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it

Suggest you try logging in from a different device so you can tell if it's a software issue or your computer.

I had loads of problems with my sons account. Very odd behaviour. Eventually apple support sorted it. I think it took about 2 weeks
