I don't own expensive watches. Tried a couple of smart watches, Apple and Suunto. Once over the excitement of being able to change the face style and see my heart rate the reality of frequent charging became tedious. I've gone back to the traditional route of eat when hungry, go to bed earlier if I'm tired and reflect upon my dreams/nightmares as required. I rely on my phone if i really need to know the specific time or set an alarm. My wrists now appear the same colour
