well i must say i'am well and trully pi**ed of with BMW i've had problem after problem with the GSA a i purchased from new last November, the dealer has been great but BMW customer service(joke dept) realy don't won't to know.
SO my question is can anybody suggest a bike that can replace the BMW with out braking down every five minutes and doesn't rust away at the first signs of winter![]()
The dealer cant be that great.........................................coz its THEIR fekkin problem!
currently working on 'fit for purpose' but this has to be down to the Dealer who has in fairness been spot on.........BMW just won't to wash their hands of the problem![]()

YOUR CONTRACT FOR THE BIKE IS WITH THE DEALER !!!!! You paid them the money and NOT BMW uk.
If you have a problem with the bike, satisfactory quality, fit for purpose etc. etc. then irrespective of what the dealer tells you, they are legally obliged to rectify or replace it under the terms of the SOG Act. END OF STORY.![]()

Not necessarily.
If you paid for the bike in full then your contract is with the dealer under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended).
If the bike is on finance, then your contract is with the Finance company under Supply of Goods (Implied Terms) Act 1973 (as amended). I think, but could be mistaken, this also applies if you paid with a credit card.
I've just rejected a G450X financed by BMW...![]()
