IE V7 slightly out of focus monitor?

Hi folks,
I`ve just downloaded internet explorer V7 & my text etc isn`t as sharp as it was on internet sites, in fact a little blurry. How can I sort this? if I can`t how can I get back to using V6?
It seems to be nice & sharp but looking at sites like this it gets blurry?

Try:
Tools >> Internet options >> Advanced

Scroll down to section
* Multimedia *

And switch off
"Always use ClearType for HTML*"

Then restart Internet Explorer, possibly you'll need to reboot the puter.

I think that's the fix for your problem.

I don't use windows so this is a guess but poor anti-aliasing can cause what appears to be blurry text. You may be able to turn it off in the preferences and see if that's what's causing it.
