Uploaded IE9 and lost the ability to input to threads or start new threads.

Worked fine on other Vbulletin sites (NFB for example).

Anyone had a similar problem (but if you have - then you won't be able to reply to this:D )

Binned IE9 and loaded Google Chrome10 - no probs at all now, so definitely a glitch with IE9 IMO.

When I used IE9 it would work fine viewing stuff but when trying to post anything it just failed. Fixed by clicking on the compatability view icon beside the url menu bar.

That's the problem I had. Viewing was fine. Could click on 'reply' but none of the font/edit/smileys were useable. Plus the input screen was grey with all text being in Times New Roman.

Type summat in and try to post it and you were greeted with the 'needs more than 5 characters' reply.

I never thought to use the 'compatability' function, you live and learn. But I couldn't be arsed with IE9 anyway - too fussy. So Google Chrome10 it is.:D
