seeking policy underwriting advice from a call centre person is unwise - read the policy, always.
go to
https://www.smile.co.uk/products/current-account/smilemore/ and download the PDF (link at the bottom of the page) for the policy document - there are some exclusions about age and medical stuff so check you are not excluded or need to buy extra cover for medical

The policy is with Axa via Rock Insurance, same arrangement as my Tesco policy which covers riding bikes
The wording on p29-30 is:
"Your engagement in ... flying except as a fare paying passenger in a fully-licensed ... the use of motorised vehicle unless a full United Kingdom driving licence is held permitting the use of such vehicles
and in the case of two or three wheeled vehicles you and your passenger are wearing a helmet; professional entertaining; professional sports; racing (other than on foot); motor rallies and motor competitions or any tests for speed or endurance."
My emphasis in bold and I have edited out text where ... has been inserted
If you meet the age/medical conditions then it seems clear to me that you are good to go with this policy.
