If Conan had a GS

apart from the hubcaps, which i now take to be air filters, it's not as bad as i first thought.

i do rather like the skeletal beak :thumb2

now as it only has a pannier on one side isnt this gonna be very unbalanced if its loaded?

or is that just me??

Looks like he dropped it on the RHS and has done a gash job of fixing it back up

Nothing that a big tin of matt black paint couldn't fix though :thumb2

There are some touches on it I like, the kicked up exhaust, and the front beak assembly, the high level and braced front mudguard. The hub style air boxes are not to my tastes but I understand the reasoning of raising the air intake point. Alloy fuel tank is nice but cant see the point.
Close but no cigar.

I found myself liking it, but if I had that kind of money I'd redesign the 'hubcap' and somehow make it work in a different way. The exhaust looks odd but I guess its perfect for crossing some of those Italian rivers in the mountains in Calabria. And I'd have it in a metallic midnight blue :thumb2

Dumped the telelever for 50mm Marzocchis with 264mm of travel, 10.4"

The reason for the "hubcaps" is so that the fuel load can be carried lower. Good thinking for a machine designed for serious rough road travel but the size of he airfilters seems a bit OTT.
