Ilmberger Hugger - Torque Values?

Does anyone know the correct torque values for the M8 bevel box screws which are used to mount the Ilmberger hugger?

One of the reviews on the Nippy Normans site says 10Nm + 3/4 turn.

Is thread lock or thread sealant required?

The old GS was 30Nm with Loctite 542 thread sealant.

I fitted one to my bike yesterday. I used the existing BMW bolts and just did them to what felt like as tight as when I took them off. It won't hurt to use thread lock.

Same here, tightened them to what felt right. Still on after 3000 miles.

30Nm

Fitted one this week, couldn't find the torque value so went into north Oxford motorrad and they said 30Nm with thread lock
