I have a 99' 1100GS with standard exhaust nothing fancy on it
that was running very rough, so I decided to do the TPS, valves and throttle synch,
valves done no problems.
I have set the TPS to 0.370v (spec 370-400 mV) I have synched the throttles when at idle so far so good, but it still runs super rough it hunts between 900-1100 rpm cuts out frequently and it's easier to keep at a constant throttle but will occasionaly back fire
now what i have noticed is the TPS voltage when the engine is running drops to 0.310v is this normal? I would have thought it should stay about 0.370v
so could be the cause of the rough idle?
also you are meant to able to set the idle speed using the bypass screws when I adjust them there is no change what so ever to the idle speed
what have I done wrong or missing out, any ideas I'm getting a bit lost here going round in circles.
cheers
