I like the look of the new K1600 GT/L and I have provisionally put a deposit down on one. I do have the option to pull out if I don't like it when I see it in the flesh.

I've had 4 1200GSA's in the last 4 years and loved everyone of them, never stayed with the same model before, so I really must like the GSA.

I currently have a 2010 model (twin cam) with 6,000 miles on it and I have had it sprayed in Ferrari Mettalic Red, looks really nice, I have all the toys on it - seargent seats, zumo 550, loads of touratech bits. Really nice looking bike.

If anybody is interested give me a shout. :beerjug:

Can I suggest you ride before you buy ? Having had a moment of madness and recently bought an LT and then sold it on a week later I wish I had ridden it first.

Probably out of my price range, but what sort of money would you be looking for?

I would probably not want all your extra's and speaking from recent experience you would prbably make more returning the bike to stock and flogging the bits.

I got offered about £400 - £500 more for my bike with all the extra's (Nearly £3k's worth) but am already at £1,095 and by the time I sell all the bits should make £1200 - £1300

Thanks for the word of warning - I have the option to ride the demo and I can still have my deposit back if I don't like it.

It was 14,500 new without the non bm extras, so they are about 3k's worth.

Would like to see pictures of your bike anyway why not post some up
