Dealer just rang, tested the bike found the battery is dead, new one fitted under warranty.
Anyone had the same ??

Get it back Thursday morning after it's 18,000 mile service.

Thanks mate. I picked her up 17th July 2014, use her every single day no matter what the weather. Up & down to the North East from Essex and highlands of Scotland every couple of months or so. Solo Morocco trip coming up end of March. Just love it !!

I couldn't think of a better place to spend every day :beerjug:

Myself and Davel from this forum have both had dead batteries recently on our 2014 GS's.
We both had to have the bikes recovered by BMW Assist and the batteries were replaced
Seems it has been a common problem, especially in the USA
