Don't really fancy a Sporty as girls like Bez ride them. :D Also prefer the bigger engine. :)

Twiz must be reading my mind as am just also checking out a Wide Glide in Back as the Low Rider maybe has too much chrome for my liking.

Well as long as function is not a priority and hipster style is, you might consider a late Iron Head Sportster. Let me check the local Craigslist..... ah here is what you need and being a 1980 it's the desirable AMF vintage. Search your local classifieds for something along this line rather than a Polaris Scout.

Great weather today for riding around the Essex/Suffolk/Cambridgeshire countryside thinking about and looking at cruisers.

Good deal available on a Wide Glide in vivid black. I like the look of it. :thumb2

Checking out an Indian Scout tomorrow. :D

This is getting really stupid now. :blast

Have been up half the night imagining myself on a Wide Glide dressed in my brown cowboy boots, Marks and Spencer's bootcut jeans and a John Smith T-Shirt cruising down to Waitrose to sample a free Americarno.

I imagine it would be about 230pm on a weekday as lots of nice Mums will be in the shop for a few essentials before picking up the kids from school.

As I cruise past the parked up 4x4s all their eyes will turn (and maybe a few stomachs :D). I will be toned up and walk with a swagger. I shall be irresistable. :D

I can't wait now as my mind is made up. :bounce1

Wide Glide it is then. The Scout is very nice but I don't really like the large radiator at the front of the engine and as we all know looks are so important when your planning to cruise around the neighborhood. Am not going to try and compete with jackass dave on personal attire either. :rob

That show off has more unused clothes than Ivana Trump and footwear than Imelda Marcos. :D

To much chrome for my liking whilst the Glide has more black and prefer the looks. Vivid black was the colour I wanted and don't do flames. :blast I don't do obsessive cleaning either - not very well anyway. :D

It will get ridden mind I did 8k in one year on my old Slim and my Electra Glide has over 20k on it. :thumb
